Wash-and-fold returns land back on your porch the next morning by 8 AM. We'll text the moment your bag is dropped so you know it's there — no signature, no awkward handoff, no missed deliveries, even at the end of a long lakeside driveway.
Jennifer or a team member swings by, grabs your bag, and sends a quick "got it!" text so you know it's off the porch. The whole exchange takes about ten seconds. We wash, dry, fold, and bring it back the next morning — same porch, same promise.
Calling before noon often gets you a same-day first pickup on a Tue/Thu morning route. Once you're on the rhythm, we'll lock in a recurring window that holds steady across your pay periods — weekly, every other week, or whenever the hamper fills up.

A laundry basket, a clean kitchen trash bag, a tied pillowcase, or a reusable grocery tote — any of these work. Leave it sheltered (under an eave, on a covered porch, beside the side door or the lake-side garage) and we'll grab it during the Tuesday or Thursday morning window. No need to sort by color — we handle that.
Pickup is free. You settle up after delivery — once you've seen the finished load — by cash, check, or Venmo (@FreshWing). Pricing is $1.50–$2.50 per pound, or a flat $25–$40 per load, whichever works better for you. We can quote after the first pickup so there are no surprises.
Nope. Most Electric City families set out their bag before they head out for the morning and aren't home when we swing through. We'll text you at pickup and again at delivery so you always know what's happening. If you'd rather hand off in person, just let us know at booking and we'll plan for a quick doorstep handoff.
Yes. We work with a lot of shift workers — Grand Coulee Dam staff, school district employees, and medical rotations. Our Tue/Thu Electric City route files alongside a soft pair-with-the-Coulee-Dam-runs pairing, so we can shift your pickup to a Mon/Wed/Fri slot when the schedule flips. If your work pattern rotates by season, we can pause service and pick it back up without re-booking from scratch.
