Every FreshWing pickup is a quiet check-in — not a checklist, not a clipboard, just a real person who notices. We knock, we look around, we talk for a minute, and we leave a note if anything seems off. It's the kind of thing a good neighbor does without being asked, and it's the reason families in Coulee Dam, Electric City, and Grand Coulee trust us with the people they can't be there for.
This promise is for seniors living alone, households with mobility concerns, and family caregivers who live far away and worry. If we ever knock and you don't answer, we try again — and we'll follow up in whatever way you asked us to. Nothing dramatic. Just a steady, friendly presence.
What to expect
We arrive when we say we will, knock at the door, and wait for you to answer. If you don't answer, we try again — we never leave without a word.
We step inside with you (or your caregiver), glance at the kitchen, the living room, and the hallway. Nothing intrusive — just a friendly look that someone is okay and the home is okay.
A few real minutes of conversation: how you're feeling, anything you need, what's coming up this week. Not a checklist. A neighbor.
Pick a day; we'll handle the rest. Add a note about who you'll be seeing and any mobility or safety concerns — we plan around them.
