FreshWing Laundry Pickup

Laundry pickup neighborhoods

Set out your bag — we handle the rest. From our home base in Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee, Electric City, Elmer City, and surrounding eastern Washington communities.

FreshWing laundry pickup and drop-off is built for eastern Washington living — households that work swing shifts, rental cabins that turn over weekly, and seniors who'd rather not wrestle with a full hamper twice a week. Set your bag by the door, pick a day from the calendar, and we'll wash, fold, and return it the next morning. Below is every town we currently serve; click through to book your pickup day in seconds.

Coulee Dam

What's covered

Our home base and the heart of the FreshWing laundry route. We cover every street — from the historic downtown blocks along the Columbia to the hillside homes overlooking the dam — so a pickup is rarely more than a single loop around town. Many of our regulars are shift workers at the dams and the school district, retirees who prefer not to wrestle with a full hamper, and the rental cabins along the river that turn over weekly.

Typical pickup window

Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings — typically a 7–9 AM porch pickup, with wash-and-fold returns the next morning by 8 AM. Same-day pickup sometimes available for new clients if you call before noon.

Electric City

What's covered

Just up the hill from Coulee Dam, Electric City households use FreshWing for the same reason everyone else does: time back on the weekends. We regularly serve family homes near the lake, working couples, and a string of short-term rentals that prep their linens between guests without sending a team member on-site.

Typical pickup window

Tue and Thu mornings — porch pickup between 8–10 AM. Wash-and-fold returns the next morning by 8 AM. Laundry-only rentals are paired with our regular housekeeping clients when possible to keep the route tight.

Grand Coulee

What's covered

Just minutes north of Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee is one of our busiest pickup towns — a mix of established family homes, downtown apartments, and rotation-heavy medical and government staff housing. We know the layout well enough that even a quick 'leave it on the back porch' note works fine.

Typical pickup window

Tue and Thu afternoons — porch pickup between 1–3 PM. Wash-and-fold returns the next morning. If your schedule is rotating, we'll lock in a recurring window that holds steady across pay periods.

Elmer City

What's covered

Right next door to Coulee Dam, Elmer City pickups are folded into our home-base runs — so turnaround is the fastest in the area. We serve long-time homeowners here, multigenerational households, and a handful of small in-home businesses that prefer pickup over hauling to a laundromat.

Typical pickup window

Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings — same window as Coulee Dam, often earlier. Wash-and-fold returns the next morning. New clients can usually get a first pickup on a same-day or next-day basis.

Banks Lake

What's covered

From lakeside full-time residences to summer cabins that fill up May through September, we keep a recurring route along the Banks Lake shoreline. Seasonal clients can pause service in the off-season; full-time residents use the same weekly cadence as our Coulee Dam families.

Typical pickup window

Mon and Fri mornings for the main year-round route; pickups between 8–10 AM. Seasonal clients get a dedicated window scheduled at the start of the stay so linens and personal laundry never pile up.

Bridgeport

What's covered

Bridgeport is a longer drive from our home base but a regular pickup on our route through Douglas County. Family homes and rental properties on the south end of town get the same wash-and-fold treatment we give Coulee Dam — the only difference is pickup day.

Typical pickup window

Mon mornings — porch pickup between 9–11 AM. Wash-and-fold returns Tue afternoon. Recurring weekly clients get priority on holiday weeks.

Wilbur

What's covered

Wilbur is part of our extended Lincoln County route. Pickups typically pair with a Bridgeport stop on the same day, so turnaround is still next-day for most loads. Popular with farm households and small-town families who want a single reliable pickup window.

Typical pickup window

Mon mornings — porch pickup between 10 AM and noon. Wash-and-fold returns Tue afternoon.

Republic

What's covered

Republic sits in the heart of Ferry County and rounds out our northern coverage. We serve full-time residents, recreational properties around Curlew Lake, and a handful of small in-town rentals. Pickups are paired with a Banks Lake stop on the same loop when possible.

Typical pickup window

Wed mornings — porch pickup between 9–11 AM. Wash-and-fold returns Thu morning. A bit longer drive just means we lock in the window so it's predictable week to week.

Moses Lake

What's covered

Moses Lake sits at the southern edge of our extended route and pairs well with both residential and rental-cabin clients. We focus on the neighborhoods that sit along our existing drive, so pickup days line up with a Coulee Dam–area run where possible.

Typical pickup window

Wed mornings for southern Moses Lake; Tue afternoons for the northern side of town. Wash-and-fold returns the next morning.

Eastern Washington & Okanogan County

What's covered

We also pick up across the wider region — Twisp, Winthrop, Omak, Oroville, Tonasket, and many of the smaller Okanogan County towns that don't show up on big-city maps. If you're within reach and want a recurring pickup, reach out: we'll work with you to build a route that fits the calendar we're already running.

Typical pickup window

Custom — scheduled on the next slot that fits our existing route. For recurring weekly clients we lock in a fixed day and window so it's predictable.
